Quotation Officer
- Prepare accurate quotations and cost estimates for interior design projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQ, materials, furniture, and finishes for pricing.
- Collect and compare prices from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with Interior Design, Procurement, and Project teams to confirm quantities and specifications.
- Maintain updated pricing, material, and supplier databases.
- Ensure quotations are accurate, competitive, and submitted on time.
- Support cost analysis and value-engineering initiatives.
语言要求：English (Good)

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
