QS Assistant
- Assist in preparing quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for interior projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and materials to ensure accurate quantities.
- Collect and compare prices from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Assist with quotation evaluation, cost analysis, and budget control.
- Maintain accurate records of project costs, quantities, and pricing.
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Project, and Site teams.
- Support the QS team in preparing reports and project documentation.

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Interior Design, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant experience is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of construction and interior materials.
- Good Excel skills; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
