Senior Sales

• Prospect and develop new leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, email marketing, networking events), direct something visits, cte.
• Customer daily visit like commercial customer & resident
• Conduct initial consultations with potential customers to understand their pest control needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide clear and informative presentations about the company's pest control services, pricing, and benefits.
• Negotiate and close sales deals with new and existing customers.
• Maintain and develop positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
• Conduct thorough site inspections to assess the extent of pest infestation and develop customized treatment plans.
• Upsell additional services and products to maximize customer value.
• Prepare accurate sales reports and maintain detailed customer records within the CRM system.
• Participate in sales meetings and training programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new company offerings.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety, sales ethics, and customer service.
