IT Supervisor
1. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor Senior IT and IT support staff. Manage daily helpdesk operations, prioritize tickets, and ensure the timely resolution of technical issues for all staff.
2. Infrastructure & Operations: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, servers, routers, and network equipment.
3. System Integration: Support and maintain core business applications—including ERP, logistics, and engineering software—to ensure smooth cross-departmental workflows and communication.
4. Security & Compliance: Ensure strict network security, manage data backups, and oversee disaster recovery protocols. Maintain corporate privacy standards, including the secure management and transparent operation of facility surveillance and CCTV systems
5. Vendor & Asset Management: Manage relationships with external technology vendors and service providers. Track IT inventory, manage software licenses, and oversee hardware lifecycles.
6. Strategy & Reporting: Coordinate regularly with Heads of Departments (HODs) to understand and support their technological needs. Assist in IT budget planning and provide regular reports on system health and team performance.

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Experience: 5–6 years of hands-on experience in IT operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory, lead, or senior support role.
3. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of network administration (LAN/WAN), system security, Active Directory, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace administration, and hardware troubleshooting.
4. Certifications: ITIL, CompTIA (Network+, Security+), Cisco (CCNA), or Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.
5. Perform other duties assigned by the Manager.
