Fashion Designer (KeSor)

I. Position Overview
The Fashion Designer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality, custom-made garments that reflect the brand’s identity and meet individual client requirements. This role blends creativity, craftsmanship, and client consultation, specializing in traditional, modern, and special-event attire, all handcrafted with premium materials.

II. Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Creative
• Create original fashion designs aligned with brand aesthetics and client preferences.
• Design collections and one-off pieces for:
. Traditional Cambodian outfits
. Modern and contemporary fashion
. Special event and ceremonial wear (weddings, engagements, formal events)
• Develop sketches, mood boards, and design concepts for client approval.
• Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and techniques relevant to luxury and custom tailoring.

2. Client Consultation & Customization
• Meet clients to understand style preferences, body measurements, occasions, and budgets.
• Provide professional styling advice and design recommendations.
• Customize designs to ensure perfect fit, comfort, and elegance.
• Maintain excellent client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

3. Garment Development & Production
• Select appropriate fabrics, embellishments, and accessories.
• Work closely with tailors, pattern makers, and artisans to ensure design accuracy.
• Supervise fittings, alterations, and final adjustments.
• Ensure all garments meet high standards of craftsmanship and quality.

4. Quality Control & Brand Standards
• Review finished products for stitching quality, fit, finishing, and overall appearance.
• Ensure all designs reflect the boutique’s premium and handmade positioning.
• Maintain consistency in brand style and attention to detail.

5. Collaboration & Boutique Support
• Collaborate with sales and boutique staff to support customer experience.
• Assist in styling mannequins, showroom displays, and photoshoots when required.
• Support marketing content with design concepts and fashion insights.
