Hand-draw Designer (KeSor)

I. Position Overview
The Hand-Draw Designer is responsible for creating hand-drawn floral designs and artistic concepts that express the beauty, symbolism, and cultural values of Cambodian flowers. This role supports custom floral arrangements, event decoration, and traditional ceremonies, translating ideas into elegant hand-drawn visuals that guide production and client presentations.

II. Key Responsibilities
1. Hand-Drawn Design & Concept Creation
• Create hand-drawn sketches and illustrations for:
. Floral arrangements
. Event decorations
. Traditional ceremonies and celebrations
• Develop artistic concepts inspired by Cambodian culture, nature, and symbolism.
• Translate client ideas into visual designs for approval and execution.

2. Floral & Event Design Support
• Collaborate with florists and event teams to ensure drawings are accurately produced.
• Adjust designs based on flower availability, seasonality, and budget.
• Provide design guidance during setup and installation when required.

3. Client Consultation & Customization
• Support client meetings by presenting sketches and explaining design concepts.
• Customize drawings according to client preferences, themes, and cultural requirements.
• Assist in refining designs after client feedback.

4. Quality & Cultural Consistency
• Ensure designs respect traditional Cambodian aesthetics and meanings.
• Maintain consistency with brand identity and artistic standards.
• Review final setups to ensure alignment with approved drawings.

5. Creative Collaboration & Brand Support
• Work with marketing teams to produce hand-drawn visuals for branding, social media, and promotions.
• Assist in styling displays, sample arrangements, and photoshoots.
• Contribute new creative ideas to enhance the brand’s artistic identity.
