Job Overview:
The Accounting & Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and delivering accurate financial reporting. This role involves managing accounting staff, preparing budgets, conducting financial analysis, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance.

Job Description:
• Design app store assets, onboarding graphics, and in-app visual assets
• Create motion graphics for social media, sponsor decks, and paid ads (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
• Produce 3D renders and animations for product showcases, sponsor activations, or brand campaigns
• Design sponsor-facing materials: pitch decks, one-pagers, event signage, and digital ad creative
• Build and maintain a cohesive visual brand system such as: templates, style guide, icon sets
• Add graphic overlays, motion titles, and transitions to photo/video content shot on the ground
• Turn raw event footage and photos into polished after-movies and highlight reels
• Collaborate with founders on brand direction for the launch campaign, billboard/LED creative, and event collateral
• Manage a library of reusable design assets and templates for fast turnaround
