Export Operation and Shipping
- Communicate with Chinese speaking suppliers, freight forwarders, or customers for shipping arrangements and documentation.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, etc.).
- Ensure goods are packed, labeled, and shipped according to customer and regulatory requirements
- Work with warehouse and production teams to align shipment schedules
- Track shipments and resolve any logistics or documentation issues
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping and customs regulations
语言要求：English (Good); Chinese-Mandarin (Good)

- Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping/logistics, preferably in a manufacturing or factory setting
- Proficient in speaking Chinese (Mandarin preferred) required for communication with Chinese stakeholders
- Good understanding of shipping documentation, processes, and local regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Proficient in speaking Chinese (Mandarin preferred) required for communication with Chinese stakeholders
