Production Manager (RMAAC, Krakor, Pursat Province)

1.Production Operations
- Manage daily production activities to achieve production targets.
- Monitor assembly line performance and productivity.
- Ensure products are produced according to quality standards.
- Coordinate production planning and resource allocation.
- Manage engineering changes, production trials, and new model launches.
- Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing and continues improvement initiatives.
2.Quality & Continuous improvement
- Maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Investigate customer concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Drive Kaizen, FMEA, SPC, and other quality improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards.
3.People Management
- Lead, motivate, and develop production operators and technicians.
- Conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
Identify training needs and provide development opportunities.
- Manage attendance, discipline, and workforce planning
- Promote a high-performance and safety- focused culture.
4.Health, Safety & Environment
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Investigate incidents and implement preventive actions.
- Maintain safe working conditions for all employees.
5.Financial Management
- prepare and control production budgets.
- Minimize waste, downtime, scrap, and rework.
6.Reporting & Coordination
- Monitor and report production KPIs.
- Work closely with Engineering, supply Chain, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
- Present production performance reports and improvement plans to management.
