• Supervise daily operations and ensure the mart runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and properly arranged.
• Monitor opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are followed.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Monitor daily sales performance and work toward achieving sales targets.
• Ensure proper handling of cash and payment transactions.
• Check daily sales reports and cash reconciliation.
• Monitor promotions, discounts, and product pricing.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure customers receive professional and friendly service.
• Respond to customer feedback and complaints.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Report sales, stock, staff performance, and operational issues to management.
