Quantity Surveyor Intern (Urgent)
- Assist QS/Commercial team with quantity take-off and measurement from drawings and
specifications
- Assist in preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and material quantity calculations
- Support preparation and checking of interim payment applications and progress claims
- Assist with variation orders, additional works, and cost adjustments
- Assist in reviewing subcontractor quotations and payment claims
- Assist with cost tracking, budget monitoring, and project documentation
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Maintain accurate records of quantities, measurements, quotations, and project costs
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Purchaser, Contractors, and Suppliers when required
- Perform other QS/commercial duties assigned by the Senior QS or QS manager.

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil
Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and civil engineering works
- Basic knowledge of quantity take-off, BOQ, measurement, and construction costing is an advantage
- Able to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD; knowledge of Excel/MS Office is required
- Good analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn, work on-site, and travel to project locations when required
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fresh graduates or students seeking internship opportunities are encouraged to apply
