Sr. Video Editor

I. Position Overview
The Video Editor is responsible for creating high-quality video content that supports marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, and product promotion across multiple business units. This role ensures engaging, visually appealing, and performance-driven video outputs aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

II. Key Responsibilities
1. Video Editing & Production
• Edit and produce video content for:
* Social media (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Reels, Shorts)
* Advertising campaigns (digital ads, TVC if applicable)
* Product showcases and tutorials
* Corporate and branding videos
• Assemble raw footage into polished final products with strong storytelling.
• Add effects, transitions, music, subtitles, and motion graphics.

2. Creative Execution
• Translate creative briefs into engaging video content.
• Collaborate with Creative Supervisor on concepts, scripts, and storyboards.
• Ensure videos align with brand tone, visual identity, and campaign messaging.
• Suggest improvements to enhance video impact and engagement.

3. Motion Graphics & Visual Enhancement
• Create basic to intermediate motion graphics (titles, animations, infographics).
• Enhance video quality (color correction, sound editing, visual effects).
• Integrate branding elements (logos, fonts, colors) consistently.

4. Content Optimization
• Adapt videos for different platforms and formats (vertical, square, horizontal).
• Optimize video length, hook, and pacing for audience engagement.
• Apply best practices for digital platforms (CTR, watch time, retention).

5. Project & Asset Management
• Manage video files, assets, and editing timelines efficiently.
• Ensure proper version control and organized storage of projects.
• Deliver projects within agreed deadlines.

6. Team Collaboration
• Work closely with:
* Creative Supervisor (direction and approvals)
* Content Team (scripts, captions, concepts)
* Graphic Designer (visual assets, thumbnails, layouts)
* Digital Team (performance insights and optimization)
• Coordinate with external videographers or production teams when required.
