Academic Supervisor ($500 - $1,000)
- Report to: Academic Manager /Deputy Director
- Job Type: Full time
- Working Hours: 7:00AM-5:00PM (Monday –Friday), 8:00AM - 12:00 PM (Saturday)
Duties and Responsibilities for Academic Supervisor
• Gate duties in the morning and afternoon to ensure a smooth operation during pick up and dropped off times.
• Oversees daily operations in the academic department and report to Academic Manager.
• Lead, supervise and manage the head of TAs and TAs to achieve school goals.
• Assist academic manager to set goal and implement the action plan to achieve higher level of teaching and learning outcomes.
• Ensure that teachers teach students to meet the school curriculum expectations.
• Check homework and learning contents from teachers to make sure they are matched with the curriculum.
• Keep record and track student’s progress and find solutions to help improve their performances.
• Attend and conduct educational training and conferences as needed.
• Work closely with head of TAs and TAs to improve student’s learning and school program.
• Provide and promote the care, safety and well-being of the students with due regard for discipline, health and safety.
• Identify risk factors and propose the solutions to make smooth operations.
• Attend and support at social events as requested.
• Help prepare and facilitate the school educational field trip.
• Promote a friendly-working environment to all staff and maintain the great performance.
• Involve and plan for the school activities required by the academic manager or deputy director.
• Other tasks assigned by academic manager or deputy director.

o Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field.
o Certifications:
- Valid Teaching License/Certification; post-graduate qualifications in School Leadership or Supervision are highly preferred.
o Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in an academic leadership role (e.g., Head of Department, Grade Level Coordinator, or Instructional Coach).
- Strong familiarity with relevant curriculum frameworks (e.g., Cambridge, IB, National Curriculum, or Common Core).
o Core Competencies:
- Strong leadership, conflict-resolution, and decision making skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Expertise in curriculum design, educational technology, and data-driven instruction.
- Deep understanding of pedagogy, assessment strategies, and teacher mentoring
