<b>Commune Live at Rose Apple Square</b>
- Commune Live is built around the idea that where you live should help you feel connected to the place and the people around you. Residents have their own private space, but they also become part of a wider community through shared spaces, events, coworking and the broader Rose Apple Square
ecosystem.
- This is where you come in.
- We are looking for a House Captain to take ownership of the day-to-day experience at Commune Live and help us shape the next chapter of the product.
- You will look after the people who live with us, make sure the house runs smoothly, create opportunities for residents to connect, and work across operations, events and communications to make Commune Live a place people genuinely enjoy calling home.
- You will work closely with the Commune Work team, the Commune Lead Consultant, and the wider Rose Apple Square teams supporting property management, maintenance and housekeeping. Together, you will help strengthen the Commune Live experience by improving the resident journey, establishing service standards and SOPs, introducing new community rituals, and continuously improving how the coliving operation runs day to day.
-Commune brings together three complementary experiences:

<b>2. Commune Live</b> — our coliving space
<b>3. Commune Gather</b> — our events and programs

* Resident Experience & Community
<b>Be the main day-to-day point of contact for Commune Live residents and create an experience where people feel welcomed, supported and connected. You will:</b>
- Manage the full resident journey, from arrival and onboarding through to departure;
- Build relationships with housemates, understand their needs and proactively connect people within the community;
- Act as the first point of contact for questions, requests, concerns and community issues, handling them calmly and constructively;
- Create simple rituals and touchpoints that strengthen belonging and encourage residents to contribute to the community;
- Manage resident communication through WhatsApp and Spacebring;
- Gather ongoing feedback and identify opportunities to improve the resident experience

* Sales & Occupancy Growth
<b>Actively contribute to growing occupancy by generating, following up and converting new opportunities. You will:</b>
- Manage incoming enquiries, tours, calls and follow-up from first contact through to booking;
- Maintain visibility over the sales pipeline, occupancy and upcoming availability;
- Identify and test online and offline acquisition channels, including relevant websites, directories, communities and campaigns;
- Develop referral partnerships with companies, NGOs, universities, schools, relocation providers, travel communities and local businesses;
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell Commune Live through Commune Work and Commune Gather;
- Keep listings and sales information accurate and compelling, and support the ULS marketing team with campaigns, content, testimonials and resident stories;
- Track lead sources and conversion, and proactively recommend actions to improve awareness, enquiries and occupancy.

* Community Programming & Events
<b>Create the right opportunities for residents to meet, connect and participate in the life of Commune. You will:</b>
- Build and manage a simple, relevant calendar of community activities based on resident interests;
- Organise and host events such as shared dinners, welcome drinks, outings, workshops and informal gatherings;
- Encourage residents to initiate and host activities themselves;
- Connect Commune Live residents with relevant activities across Commune Work and Commune Gather;
- Work with local partners where relevant and manage basic event logistics and budgets;
- Track participation and feedback to understand what genuinely creates value for the community;

*Marketing, Communications & Product Improvement
<b>Help tell the Commune Live story while using resident insight to continuously improve the product. You will:</b>
- Capture authentic content, stories and moments from daily life at Commune Live;
- Keep resident-facing information and communications accurate and up to date;
- Support the wider Commune and ULS teams with content ideas, campaigns, reviews and testimonials;
- Collect and share recurring resident feedback, needs and observations;
- Identify opportunities to improve the resident journey, services, amenities and communication;
- Contribute ideas that strengthen satisfaction, retention, referrals and the overall positioning of Commune Live

<b>Working as One Commune Team</b>
- Although your primary responsibility is Commune Live, you are part of the wider Commune team;
- You will work particularly closely with the team operating Commune Work, our coworking space within Rose Apple Square;
- The people living with us are also part of the broader Commune ecosystem, so we want the transition between living, working and participating in the community to feel seamless;
- This means sharing information, supporting one another during busy periods, connecting residents to the coworking community and collaborating on events or initiatives that make sense across Commune Live, Work and Gather;
- During the next phase of Commune Live, you will also work closely with the

<b>Commune Lead Consultant to:</b>
- Map and improve the complete resident journey;
- Review the current Commune Live experience;
- Define service and experience standards;
- Develop and document SOPs;
- Improve onboarding and offboarding;
- Establish clearer operational routines and responsibilities;
- Develop community rituals and programming;
- Improve how resident feedback is collected and acted upon;
- Test new ideas and continuously improve the product.
- Over time, you will become one of the key people responsible for ensuring these standards are consistently delivered.

<b>Languages:</b> Fluent spoken and written English is required. Khmer is a strong advantage but not mandatory. Additional languages are advantageous.

<b>Other Details</b>
- Working hours: Approximately 40-44 hours per week; primary workdays shall be Monday to Friday. This position may work different shifts with occasional offsite work. Work outside of official hours will be required on occasions.
- Because Commune Work operates as a hospitality-led coworking space, working schedules may include Saturdays and will be organized according to the operating needs of the space.

- Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience and ULS employment conditions.

Education & Experience
This position is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to Cambodian nationals .
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; a degree is preferred but not required;
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in hospitality, (coliving or coworking is a big plus), community management, tourism, residential operations, sales or another people-facing environment;
- Experience working with diverse groups of people, ideally in an international or multicultural setting;
- Experience supporting events, community activities or programs.

Hospitality, Community & Sales
- Strong customer service and hospitality instincts, with the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems and create a consistently positive experience;
- Experience in sales, lead generation or business development, including prospect follow-up, tours or sales conversations, and converting enquiries into bookings;
- Confidence identifying online and offline acquisition opportunities, partnerships and referral channels;
- Good judgement when handling resident concerns, complaints or interpersonal conflicts.

Communication, Organization & Digital Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with residents, prospects, partners and internal teams;
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, follow up consistently and take ownership through to completion;
- Comfortable using email, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and other digital communication platforms;
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including professional email communication and basic spreadsheet skills.

Mindset
- Comfortable contributing to marketing activities, including listings, campaigns, content and resident stories;
- Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working independently;
- Interested in continuously improving systems, processes, SOPs and the resident experience.
