Plant Manager(RMAAC, Krakor, Pursat Province)
1.Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the automotive manufacturing plant.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Monitor plant KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Control budgets, operating costs, and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Lead recruitment, training, coaching, and development of plant employees.
- Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in automotive manufacturing.
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
- Proven experience managing plant operations and delivering performance targets.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and manufacturing software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
