Real Estate Sales Support
We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Support specialist to join our Phnom Penh team, working closely with our sales agents and international buyers in one of the most promising real estate markets in Southeast Asia.
*Responsibilities
- Support the sales team throughout the full client journey - from first contact to closing and post-sale support
- Consult clients, qualify their needs, and help match them with suitable property options
- Develop and grow the database of developers and property projects
- Conduct site inspections of properties and developments, checking details on-site as needed
- Take photos during inspections and request marketing materials from developers
- Prepare presentations and materials representing our property projects to clients
- Keep CRM data organized and up to date
- Help build long-term relationships with clients
语言要求：Khmer (Mother Tongue); English (Good)

- Cambodian citizenship, native Khmer speaker
- English proficiency - C1/C2 level
- Sales or client support experience (real estate is a plus, not required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying structured and detail-oriented
- Proactive mindset, readiness to learn and grow quickly
