HR Executive Officer
Purpose: To manage HR administration
* Essential Duties Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening,
interviewing, and onboarding.
• Oversee employee relations, addressing issues and resolving conflicts.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify HR needs and provide
solutions.
• Prepare and Review employee’s employment contract.
• Prepare employee satisfaction survey and report.
• Others HR task assigned by management.

▪ Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related
field.
▪ Language: English Competency.
▪ Minimum of 1- 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing
environment.
▪ Strong knowledge of Cambodian labor laws and regulations.
▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
▪ Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
▪ Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
▪ Strong organizational and time management skills.
▪ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
