Handover Engineer

1. Property Inspection and Quality Assurance
Conduct pre-handover inspections of completed housing units, villas, shophouses, and common areas.

Identify construction defects, incomplete works, and quality issues before handover.
Prepare inspection reports and snagging lists for rectification.
2. Handover Process Management
Participate in customer handover appointments and technical walkthroughs.
Explain house systems, equipment, and property features to homeowners.
Ensure all handover requirements and checklists are completed before property delivery.
Support customers during the handover process and address technical concerns.
3. Defect Rectification Coordination
Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and construction teams to rectify defects.
Monitor defect rectification progress and ensure completion within target timelines.
Conduct follow-up inspections to verify completed corrective actions.
Maintain defect tracking records and status updates.
4. Documentation and Reporting
Prepare handover inspection reports, defect reports, and completion certificates.
Maintain accurate records of handover activities and defect management.
Update handover tracking systems and databases.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management.
5. Customer Support
Respond to customer-reported technical issues during the Defect Liability Period (DLP).
Conduct site inspections to verify customer complaints and reported defects.
Coordinate with maintenance and contractor teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Provide professional and timely updates to customers.
6. Compliance and Safety
Ensure all inspections and handover activities comply with company policies and quality standards.
Promote workplace safety during inspections and site visits.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality and customer satisfaction
