IT Supervisor

I. Requirements:
a. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
b. At least 3–5 years of experience in IT support, network administration, system administration, or a related position.
c. Previous experience supervising or leading an IT team is preferred.
d. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, Windows systems, and common business applications.
e. Experience with routers, switches, Wi-Fi systems, firewalls, and network troubleshooting.
f. Knowledge of IT security, backup systems, and data protection.
g. Experience working with school, training center, or business IT systems is an advantage.

III. Technical Skills
A. The candidate should preferably have experience with:
B. LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi networks
C. MikroTik routers and RouterOS
D. Managed switches and VLAN configuration
E. Network troubleshooting and monitoring
F. Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace
G. CCTV and access-control systems
H. Hardware installation and maintenance
I. Backup and recovery systems
J. IT asset management
K. Cybersecurity and network protection
