Sales Executive
Job Summary:
Meet revenue targets by managing/ supporting/ supervising all sales (and marketing) initiatives with our assigned distributor in Cambodia.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage merchandisers to establish excellence at the POS according to our guidelines
• Execute marketing initiatives at the POS to foster the brand awareness in Cambodia
• Manage relevant retailers/ clients in Cambodia jointly with the distributor
• Supervise inventory holding to avoid Out Of Stock
• Monthly reporting of sales and follow-up of in-market sales
• Continuous range review (performance analysis) to optimize/ extend our range
• Continuous market observation in our competitive environment / our strategic markets
• Train our exclusive distributor’s staff about products
• Identify and establish further business opportunities in Cambodia, according to our strategic product assortment of cake/ dessert & pizza in both, the retail as well as the B2B/ HoReCa channel
• Report to Head of SEA (based in Singapore)
• Other assignment assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the FMCG industry (preferably in F&B) in Cambodia and/or Southeast-Asia
• Excellent sales skills with proven track record
• Experience in building good relationships with retailers, customers and colleagues
• Possess a deep understanding of retail landscape and local culture in Cambodia
• Proven negotiation / communication skills on all levels
• Extensive hands-on mentality with the ability to take the action
• Highly self-motivated to deliver the agreed targets
• Team and relationship building ability – understanding and coaching people effectively
* Working Days and Hours:
• Monday- Half Saturday
• Working hour: From 8: 00am to 5: 30pm (Break 1 hour);
