Laundry Supervisor / Operations Expert
-Organize the daily laundry operation from receiving to final packing
-Implement quality-control procedures before orders are returned to customers
-Train and supervise laundry staff
-Maintain cleanliness and professional standards throughout the laundry facility
-Help establish SOPs and staff checklists
-Report equipment problems and operational issues
-Work with management to continuously improve quality, efficiency and operating procedures

职位要求
-Previous professional laundry experience
-Strong knowledge of washing and drying procedures
-Good understanding of garment and fabric care
-Knowledge of garment sorting and color separation
-Practical stain-treatment experience
-Experience with ironing, steaming, folding and finishing
-Strong attention to detail and quality
-Ability to supervise and train other employees
-Good organizational skills
-Responsible and reliable working attitude
-Ability to identify problems and make practical decisions
-Willingness to work in a structured, technology-supported -operation
***Experience in any of the following is a strong advantage:
Commercial laundry
Hotel laundry department
Professional dry cleaning or garment care
High-volume laundry operation
Laundry supervisory or management position
