Assistant Operator - Substation (Kratie Province)

- Communicate with EDC NCC for switching activities in respective substations. (Follow NCC instructions)
- To record substation electrical data and network data as per EDC NCC’s requirement and Operation Procedure.
- To perform daily visual inspections as per the maintenance plan. (Routine daily inspection)
- To report any unusual findings or defects found during routine visual inspection.
- To respond and immediately report to the Substation Manager / Substation Engineer or General Manager for any trip, breakdown, or fault happening inside the substation.
- To perform work, assist and supervise maintenance and repair work when required or requested by Superior.
- Ensure all visitors and workers working in the substation perimeter adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.
- Organize and ensure documents and recording data are in order.
- To participate in any Operation and Safety Activities like Training, Meetings, Fire drills, and Others and to report near miss, unsafe conditions and others incoordination to Environment, Health & Safety.
- Any other tasks like assisting the General Worker & Other substation activities, when required by the immediate Supervisor.
