Sale Manager
• Set market share target, annual sales target, & allocate sales target to team member together with top management.
• Develop annual strategic plan for sales team in order to achieve the set target.
• Conduct weekly/monthly meeting with sales team comparing previous week/month result & set next action plan.
• Regurlar monitor and review sales performance to date vs. plan & take countermeasure if necessary.
• Create and develop other sales channel networks & to maximize sales opportunities.
• Build stronge relationship with customers to find way to maximize sales opportunity in the coverage areas.
• Building & maintaining relationships with key customers, sometimes assisting in closing large deals or resolving issues.
• Regularly review and evaluate the effectiveness of all sale programs in PDCA manner.
• Work closely with marketing team to facilitate on lead generate.
• Work closely with marketing team to facilitate on promotions & events.
• Monitoring market trend & analyzing competitors information in order to gain the competitive edge.
• Setting clear expectations & fostering a high-performance culture by training, coaching & mentoring the team member.
• Guide & collaborate with sales team members & sale admins to ensure promotion execution and standard sales process implementation.
• Accurately forecasting sales and presenting regular reports on team performance to top management.
• To ensure compliance to the company policy and guideline
• Perform other task assigned by GM/President
