MEP Costing Engineer
1. Prepare cost estimates and quotations for MEP works.
2. Review MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
3. Perform material and quantity take-offs.
4. Prepare rate analysis for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontract works.
Obtain and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations.
5. Prepare tender pricing, BOQs, and commercial proposals.
6. Identify scope gaps, exclusions, and cost-saving opportunities.
7. Support variation and change-order costing.
8. Coordinate with design, procurement, and project and construction teams.

职位要求
1. Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP 2. Engineering, or Quantity Surveying.
3. 2–5 years of experience in MEP estimation/costing.
4. Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and ELV systems.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
6. Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
7. Able to work under tight deadlines with high accuracy.
3. 2–5 years of experience in MEP estimation/costing.
