Senior QS
UC Design Build is hiring an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our project team on site. The successful candidate will manage the cost, contract, and measurement aspects of the construction project.
* Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and project budgets
* Measure and value work completed on site
* Prepare interim payment certificates, valuations, and final accounts
* Review, negotiate, and manage variations, claims, and change orders
* Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
* Monitor actual costs against budget and report to Project/Site Management
* Review contracts and ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions
* Verify quantities and materials delivered/used on site
* Support tendering, procurement, and subcontractor negotiations
* Maintain accurate cost records and forecasts throughout the project

职位要求
* Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
* Minimum 5–8 years of QS experience in the construction industry, including at least 2–3 years in a senior/lead role
* Solid knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC preferred)
* Strong skills in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and site measurement
* Proficient in MS Excel and QS/estimation software (AutoCAD is a must)
* Fluent in Khmer and English (spoken and written)
* Strong negotiation, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills
* Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
* Immediate availability preferred
