Software Development Manager
• Lead and manage the software development team.
• Define software architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
• Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple software development projects.
• Act as the main interface between business units and IT development team.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Convert business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Ensure software solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and high performing.
• Review technical designs, source code, and system architecture.
• Monitor software quality and reduce technical debt.
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical or delivery issues.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Learn and grow with us! We do automation frameworks, stateful microservices, data analysis, predictive modeling… in short, whatever it takes to digitize and optimize our business

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a software development leadership or management role.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise web and mobile applications.
• Experience managing cross-functional software development teams.
• Language code: Javascript, typescript, node js, nest js, Domain Driven Design, CQRS, Event Driven Architecture, Kafka, ActiveMQ, amazon SQS, Redis.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a software development leadership or management role.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise web and mobile applications.
• Experience managing cross-functional software development teams.
