Operations Manager
1. Regional Business Execution (30%)
Objective: Ensure company strategies are consistently executed across all districts.
- Execute retail strategies, operational priorities, and business initiatives across all assigned districts.
- Translate business priorities into executable operational plans for District Managers.
- Ensure consistent implementation of operating standards, customer experience, commercial initiatives, and operational programs.
- Monitor execution quality across districts and drive timely corrective actions.
- Ensure execution consistency across all districts.
2. Regional Performance Management (25%)
Objective: Deliver regional business performance.
- Deliver assigned regional KPIs.
- Monitor district business performance.
- Drive sustainable improvement in sales, profitability, productivity and customer experience.
- Review district performance trends and implement recovery plans.
- Ensure operational resources are optimized.
3. Organizational Capability & Readiness (20%)
Objective: Build a capable organization that is ready for sustainable growth.
** District Capability
- Build high-performing District Managers through coaching and leadership development.
- Strengthen execution capability across districts.
- Develop operational leadership capability.
** Leadership Pipeline
- Build leadership succession for District Managers.
- Review district leadership readiness.
- Identify high-potential leaders.
** Organizational Readiness
- Ensure districts maintain workforce readiness.
- Review staffing health across districts.
- Ensure operational readiness for business expansion.
- Remove capability gaps affecting business execution.
4. District Capability Building (15%)
Objective: Develop capable District Managers.
- Coach District Managers through regular field coaching.
- Conduct leadership reviews.
- Develop business acumen.
- Improve execution capability.

5. Operational Excellence & Governance (5%)
- Ensure operational consistency across districts.
- Drive operational excellence.

- Identify regional improvement opportunities.
- Review operational trends.
- Recommend operational improvements.

- At least 8+ years' experience in Retail, F&B, Hospitality, or other multi-site operations, with at least 3 years leading multiple stores or districts.
- A strong execution leader with a proven ability to deliver business results through operational excellence.
- Experienced in developing leaders, building high-performing teams, and ensuring workforce readiness.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented retail environment and travelling regularly within the assigned region.
- A strong execution leader with a proven ability to deliver business results through operational excellence.
- Experienced in developing leaders, building high-performing teams, and ensuring workforce readiness.
