Finance & Accounting General Manager

• Lead and manage the Finance & Accounting Division to ensure effective daily operations.
• Supervise, coach, and develop finance and accounting staff.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial condition of the company.
• Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records in accordance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.
• Monitor general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, treasury, and reconciliation activities.
• Maintain compliance with Cambodian tax regulations, statutory requirements, NX Group policies, and internal company rules.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure transparency of accounting processes.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and follow up on audit findings.
• Identify issues and inefficiencies in current accounting and approval processes.
• Support the development, implementation, and improvement of integrated accounting systems.
• Provide financial analysis, advice, and recommendations to the Managing Director and management team.
