Account Vice Manager
– Supervise the Month End and Year End Closing based on management timeline
– Support management in developing the accounting procedure and accounting-operation
workflow.
– Review accounting transactions and journal entries regarding sale, collection, bank deposit
and Cost of Goods Sold Transactions and related reconciliation work
– Monitor revenue recognition, sales adjustments, rebates, discounts, and promotional
transactions.
– Review supplier invoices, inventory receipts, transfers, returns, and stock adjustments for
completeness and accuracy.
– Monitor inventory movements, stock variances, damaged, expired, and obsolete items, and
ensure proper accounting treatment.
– Review inventory valuation and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) calculations and ensure timely
reconciliation within the accounting records.
– Coordinate with production department ensure daily output are correctly and reconcile
– Prepare AP/AP aging reports, inventory reports, and supporting schedules for month-end and
year-end closing.
– Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, franchise agreements, and
Cambodian tax regulations.
– Provide Guidance or Coaching to Staff under supervision
– In-charge with external auditor and GDT audit

– Experience 5+ years in a leadership/supervision role in accounting and finance
– Strong general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, income tax and bank
working knowledge
– Strong analytical, problem solving, management and organizational skills
– Strong interpersonal, presentation skills, ability to influence and negotiate
– Strong ability to be detail oriented and work with a goal of precision
– Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a complete manner
– Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize
– Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
