Executive, Sales Planning
1. Communicate weekly plans from commercial to manufacturing functions and vice versa to ensure that operations are aligned and act as a liaison among relevant functions.
2. Regularly monitor day-to-day sales change and generate weekly forecast.
3. Work with Sales function to process demand data in Enterprise Resource Planning system to generate order recommendations.
4. Communicate demand information to all supply side functions (Production, Procurement, Delivery, etc.) to ensure that supply is sufficient to fulfill demand.
5. Conduct field market visits to gather information related to market demand and regularly gather market demand updates from Sales function.
6. Work with all functions to prepare periodical market demand and supply capacity updates to inform Manager, Planning and Analysis of supply chain status.
7. Provide support in planning and reporting to function manager

1. Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Research or other relevant fields of study
2. Experiences:
o 3 years of experience in commercial and/or manufacturing operations (Sales, Production, Procurement, etc.)
o 2 years of experience in data preparation and reporting
3. Skills and knowledge:
o Project management skills, including in planning, following up, risk assessment and management, conflict resolution
o Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning system and business intelligence and analytics software
o Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio and Project)
o Effective communication, reporting and presentation skills
o Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Research or other relevant fields of study
