Accountant
- Report to Senior Accountant/Financial Controller
- Handle guaranteed rental return (GRR)
- Processing and monitoring payment of GRR owners
- Sending notification and Reply email to GRR Owners
- Daily tracking and Update owner information into master file
- Liaise with bank and owners of GRR matter
- Processing and monitoring payment and expenditure on timely basis
- Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services
- Verify transactions compliance with financial policies and procedures before process payment
- Maintain listing of accounts payable and aging report
- Daily bookkeeping/posting into finance system
- Handling Petty Cash and update Cash Book
- Perform bank reconciliations/ Month end adjustment
- Prepare monthly financial report for business entity
- Involve on audit processing process
- Maintain proper documentation and filing
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- Pursuing and already have Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Banking or related field.
- Minimum 2 or 3-year relevant working experience in related duties is preferred.
- Good computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, advance Excel, Outlook) & the Internet.
- Good communication in English for both written and spoken
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new things
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly, independently and under time pressure.
Working Days and Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 5:30pm (Break Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:30pm)
- Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm
