Duty Engineer (Sokha Hotel)
- Understanding of chilled water AC systems.
- Knowledge of FCU, AHU, and HVAC systems.
- Understanding of Building Management System (BMS).
- Able to troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Knowledge of plumbing and water systems.
- Familiar with fire alarm and fire protection systems.
- Understanding of preventive maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of generators and pumps.
- Able to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to respond to emergency maintenance calls.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel or building maintenance.
