BOQ Engineer
- Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings and specifications.
- Estimate project costs and prepare budgets and cost reports.
- Monitor construction costs and progress to ensure the project stays within budget.
- Review and verify contractor and subcontractor payment claims.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best price and control project costs.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project team on cost control and project variations.
