QS Decor Supervisor

Purpose of role:
We are the company of Furniture and Decoration that provide service decoration, manufacture, and install furniture. Our company looking for Quantity Surveyor Decoration Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing all costs associated with projects from the beginning computations through the project's conclusion.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepare and process tender documents
• Assign the task of preparing the BOQ to staff
• Calculate the cost and complete BOQ
• Submit the quotation and clarify details of BOQ for Sales and Customers
• Updating and adjust the quotation until close sale
• Prepare BOQ and cost estimation accurately
• Control project cost according to approved budget
• Sourcing new qualified sub-contractors base on criteria
• Control sub-contract according to approved budget
• Coordinate the process with design, production and site team effectively
• Check variation order (VO) and check claim documentation correctly
• Maintain project costing records and documentations properly
