Business Development Officer (Marketing & Hospitality) $500 - $700
A. Marketing & Social Media
- Manage the company's social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram), including page boosting and online advertisements.
- Create weekly marketing content, including posters, photos, and videos.
- Develop monthly marketing plans and prepare campaign performance reports.
- Support branding activities and marketing campaigns for company projects.
B. OTA & Reservation Management
- Set up and manage OTA accounts (Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda).
- Upload and update property listings on OTA platforms.
- Monitor reservations and prepare daily reservation and monthly sales reports.
C. Administration & Project Support
- Handle procurement activities, including supplier quotations and purchasing documents (PR, PV, cash register).
- Prepare and maintain contracts, agreements, and official documents.
- Organize project records and prepare meeting minutes and monthly reports.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the Research Development Manager (RDM) and Senior Management.

- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, hospitality, or administration.
- Language: Good communication skills in both Khmer and English (spoken and written).
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Skilled in social media management, graphic design, and video editing (e.g., Photoshop or similar software).
- Basic knowledge of OTA platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda) is an advantage.
- Other Requirements:
*Good teamwork, communication, and organisational skills.
*Able to maintain confidentiality and learn new skills quickly.
*Willing to travel to company branch offices when required.
