Bachelor's Degree in re levant fie lds of retai ling business
At least 3 years of experience in a comparable position in another industry
Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Excel/merchandising systems, and
excellent communication
Honesty
Exceptional interpersonal and communication ski lls
Must be creative and detail-orientated
Strong analytica l ski lls
Abi lity to inspire others
A background in merchandising, marketing, and/ or is preferred
High willingness to explore, accept changes & cha llenges
Learn quickly and have willing to share
Able to perform under pressure and positive attitude
Able to influence people in the direction to achieve company's goals
Good Health condition & good teamwork
Able to work rotate weekend or holiday
Good in Khmer and English both verbal and writing
At least 3 years of experience in a comparable position in another industry
