Bancassurance Support Manager

- To build cordial working relation with bank’s employee at all levels.
- To work with staff of bank partners to identify potential banking customers with financial protection needs.
- To provide professional insurance advice to our bank partners.
- To provide after sales service to the successful cases.
- Coordinate work between the bank and the company if any.
- Advice and coaching sales on techniques or product to bank’s employees at the assigned branches.
- To be involved in activities of the bank partners, including joining the bank meeting, visiting
to bank customers…etc rotate schedules
- To perform other tasks assigned.
- Coordinate to navigates bank’s customer for heal check up to hospital, if any case requires
- Be able to travel in long-distance from branch another branch as assigned
- Field work support to bank’s employee, if there any requests
- Collaborate with training team to provide refresher training weekly & monthly to bank’s employee
- To assist bank partner on claim documents, process to work closely with department involves for any required documents
