Facilities Maintenance Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production machines and facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system failures.
- Diagnose and maintain PLC-based automation systems.
- Support machine modifications, upgrades, commissioning, and optimization projects.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Create and update machine layouts, technical drawings, and spare-part drawings using CAD software.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to minimize equipment failures.
- Coordinate with production teams to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs, including Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF).
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, electrical standards, and company procedures.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and spare-parts inventory.
- Assist with installation of new machines and support energy-saving initiatives.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and external service providers when required.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.
