*** Required Education & Experience:
• Min. 3 years of Banking Experience including Retail / SME Banking and / or Corporate Banking is a plus
• Financial and Credit background, analytical, negotiation, sales & communication
• Minimum bachelor’s degree.
*** Required Competencies:
• High motivation and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Autonomous, proactive, solution-oriented and a strong team player
• Good command of English and Khmer (speaking, writing and reading)
• Strong observation and analytical skills.
