Senior IT AI Analysis
1. Manage and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, network, hardware, software, databases)
2. Lead the design, implementation, and improvement of AI/Machine Learning solutions
3. Analyze and interpret organizational data to provide dashboards and business insights
4. Design and build data dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools
5. Work with department heads to resolve business problems through data analytics
6. Train and coach staff on AI and data tools
7. Ensure information security compliance with organizational standards
8. Manage all IT projects (planning, estimation, reporting to management)
9. Research and evaluate new technologies to drive operational efficiency
10. Liaise with IT vendors, suppliers, and technology partners

1. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related fields.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, AI Solutions, Business Intelligence, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
3. Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Data Analytics.
4. Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, and other AI platforms.
5. Proficiency in data visualization and dashboard development using Power BI, Tableau, Google Looker Studio, or similar tools.
6. Understanding of ERP Systems, CRM Systems, Business Process Automation, and Workflow Optimization
7. Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into AI-driven or data-driven solutions.
8. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
9. Strong reporting, presentation, and data storytelling skills for management-level audiences.
10. Knowledge of Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, and AI Governance principles is an advantage.
