Marketing Officer
- Digital Campaign Management: Develop and propose targeted online campaigns for key media channels including Facebook, Telegram, YouTube, and TikTok to promote existing and new products.
- Market Analysis: Monitor current trends, competitor activities, and online events to ensure our campaigns are timely, relevant, and competitive.
- Content Production: Collaborate with external agencies and internal designers to produce high-quality creative assets, including video shooting and editing supervision.
- Event Execution: Plan and organize offline events such as Roadshows, Booth Activations, Fairs, and Seminars from conception to completion.
- Agency & Vendor Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for event agencies and suppliers to ensure smooth arrangement, preparation, and execution of all events.
- On-Site Management: Oversee manpower allocation during events and handle immediate on-site issues, escalating complex problems to management when necessary.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance, customer feedback, and event effectiveness (including stock usage, budget, and participant data).
- Field Research: Conduct regular field visits to observe competitor on-ground activities and analyze market situations to improve our strategies.

- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Event Management, or Brand Activation.
- Digital Savviness: Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube) and content trends.
- Event Skills: Proven ability to organize events, manage booths, or handle roadshows.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (ability to brief agencies and designers clearly).
- Problem Solving: Ability to think on your feet and solve issues quickly during live events.
- Availability: Willingness to travel to field sites and work flexible hours during events (weekends/holidays if required).
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of design or video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop) is a plus.
