About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, hands-on Sales Executive to serve as our primary sales representative. You will directly manage client relationships, execute field sales, and drive revenue growth for our premium PET plastic products.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct Sales & Acquisition: Conduct outdoor sales visits, pitch to B2B clients (beverage brands, coffee chains, distributors), and secure orders.
- Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing order processing, follow-ups, and long term relationships.
- Market Strategy: Develop sales plans, monitor market demand, and identify new business opportunities in Phnom Penh and provinces.
- Reporting: Track individual sales pipelines, revenue targets, and customer feedback for management review.

- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on B2B outdoor sales experience (packaging, FMCG, or manufacturing preferred).
- Skills: Strong negotiation, self-management, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Languages: Fluent in Khmer and functional English (Chinese is an advantage).
- Requirements: Possess personal transportation for client visits.
