Site Manager

Site Manager (90% work on site)
➢ Prepare Project Schedule
➢ Understand site condition and explain to site Coordinator.
➢ Understand scope of work and explain to site Coordinator.
➢ Must be at site to inspect critical work, must know which work should do
by yourselves, which work should let's site coordinator do.
➢ Manager and teach site coordinator for site arrangement and awareness.
➢ Site preparation (Site hoarding, floor protection, fire exhausting, safety
equipment ...etc).
➢ Arrange electrical/water usage, parking and toilet during construction
(base on site).
➢ Arrange/control sub-con & Arrange schedule of work.
➢ Understand drawing and explain to site Supervisor/Coordinator.
➢ Coordinate with Designer in charge if there's any issue with drawing.
➢ Check and order material for using during construction (Be careful on
wastage.
➢ Arrange area for store materials (include debris during Construction).
➢ Set working time.
➢ Check daily report (Morning by post in the group, Evening summary the
work and do a file).
➢ Do Weekly/Monthly report.
➢ Check quality and speed of work.
➢ Solve site issues (If can't, pass to Project Manager).
➢ Coordinate with client site engineer.
