Account and Finance Manager
Company Overview:
Asia Svayrieng Water Co., Ltd. (“ASW”) has obtained 20 year Water Supply Business License covering 10 communes including commercial and industrial customers in Chantrea and Bavet Town districts, Svay Rieng province. We are seeking an experienced and energetic person to lead accounting and finance functions of the company.
Key Responsibilites:
1) Plan and ensure that accounting and finance of the company comply with GDT regulations and statutory financial report.
2) Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
3) Liaise closely with HQ Finance on financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational matters
4) Develop and implement accounting procedures, internal controls, financial policies
5) Liaise with external auditors, tax auditors and relevant government agencies on matters related to taxation, finance, and accounting.

1) BA degree in accounting
2) At least 3 year experience in a management or supervisory role
3) Thorough understanding of Cambodian financial laws, particularly GDT regulations and statutory financial reports.
4) Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks.
5) Fluency in English communication including speaking and writing.
6) Strong analytical capabilities, leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication.
