HSE/QA - QC

*** Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
➢ Implement and monitor project HSE policies and procedures.
➢ Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions and
practices.
➢ Organize toolbox meetings and safety inductions for workers and subcontractors.
➢ Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on site.
➢ Prepare and maintain HSE reports, incident reports, and corrective action
records.
➢ Monitor compliance with local regulations and client safety requirements.
➢ Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe acts, and recommend corrective
actions.
➢ Coordinate emergency response procedures and evacuation drills.

*** Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC)
➢ Conduct inspections of construction works to ensure compliance with
approved drawings and specifications.
➢ Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IR) and Material Inspection Requests
(MIR).
➢ Monitor workmanship quality and ensure corrective actions are implemented
for non-conformance issues.
➢ Review material approvals, method statements, and shop drawings.
➢ Maintain QA/QC records, checklists, test reports, and inspection
documentation.
➢ Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors regarding quality
matters.
➢ Verify completed works before submission for consultant/client inspection.
➢ Support project handover documentation and closeout requirements.

*** Documentation & Reporting
➢ Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly HSE/QA-QC reports.
➢ Keep records of inspections, NCRs, safety observations, and corrective
➢ actions.
➢ Assist in preparation of project quality and safety
