Accountant
Job Description:
• Monitor all shipments to ensure each process is fully completed.
• Issue invoice external & internal/ Debit noted/ Re imbursement to clients
• Follow up on customer payments based on agreed payment terms.
• Prepare a weekly summary of accounts receivable.
• Calculate duty tax for customer
• Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
• Manage booking keeping for the company and ensure information are recorded on time and accurate
• Prepare documents of AR per process and filling correctly for tax declaration and audit purpose
• Other tasks assigned by manager

Job Requirement:
• Hold at least Bachelor degree of Accounting or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting
• Experience in Accounting Task from the same industry is a plus
• Good command of communication both writing and verbally
• Teamwork, adaptability, initiative, analytical, hardworking, ability to work fast and
accurately.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Computerized skill: Microsoft office (Excel advance), internet & email
• Positive attitude and willing to challenge the new thing.
• Calm and patient
• Time respecting
• Flexibility and problem solving
