Production Manager (RMAAC, Krakor, Pursat Province)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage production operators and technicians to achieve production objectives.
- Monitor production performance and ensure KPIs are met.
- Maintain product quality standards and customer satisfaction through effective quality control processes.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and - Environmental (HSE) requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Manage production budgets, control waste, and improve productivity and efficiency.
- Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions for quality and operational issues.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, coaching, performance management, and development.
- Prepare and present production performance reports to management.

- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong experience in production management, process improvement, and team leadership.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Kanban, FMEA, APQP, SPC, and Quality Management Systems.
- Excellent planning, organizational, presentation, and people management skills.
