• Greet members and Clients warmly and professionally.
• Promote and sell gym memberships, training packages, and all services.
• Handle walk-in, phone, Facebook page, and other inquiries.
• Achieving sales targets and follow up on leads.
• Process payments and maintain accurate sales records.
• Prepare daily sales/front desk reports.
• Represent REPEAT Gym brand and service standards
• Record and report daily sales and submit to Branch Manager and accounting team.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier counter and front area.
• Follow gym policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Ensuring clear documentation, payoff, new register, renew services.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
