HR and Admin Supervisor
WYNDHAM Garden hotel by UC GROUP is seeking a detail-oriented HR & Admin Supervisor to support the day-to-day execution of HR and administrative operations at our luxury property. Working under the guidance of the HRA Manager, this role ensures smooth handling of recruitment coordination, employee records, attendance/leave management, and general office administration, while upholding the hotel's service culture and compliance with Cambodian labor regulations.
• Assist the HRA Manager in coordinating recruitment: posting vacancies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Prepare and process employment documents — offer letters, contracts, and renewal/termination paperwork.
• Coordinate new-employee onboarding, orientation schedules, and uniform/ID card issuance.
• Track and maintain staff attendance, leave balances, overtime, and shift schedules in coordination with department heads.
• Support payroll preparation by verifying attendance data, allowances, and deductions each pay cycle.
• Maintain and update personnel files, HRIS records, and NSSF registration/updates for employees.
• Assist in organizing training sessions, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records.
• Support employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and internal communications (notices, memos, announcements).
• Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions on HR policies, benefits, and procedures, escalating complex issues to the HRA Manager.
• Monitor office and operational supplies, raising purchase requests and tracking stock.
• Assist in managing staff accommodation/dormitory arrangements, transportation schedules, and canteen coordination (if applicable).
• Maintain administrative filing systems, licenses, and vendor/supplier documentation.
• Support liaison with local authorities (labor department, commune office, immigration) on routine administrative filings.
• Help coordinate meeting logistics, staff notices, and internal correspondence.
• Ensure office and staff facilities are well-maintained, clean, and compliant with hotel standards.
• Help ensure HR practices comply with the Cambodian Labor Law and Ministry of Labor requirements.
• Prepare routine HR reports — headcount, turnover, attendance, and leave summaries — for the HRA Manager.
