Supervise and support the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2–4 years of sales experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
Experience in the Flavor & Fragrance, Food & Beverage, or FMCG industry is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Good English and Microsoft Office skills.
